How it Works

 

Athlete Questionnaire

Immediately after sign up you will receive an athlete questionnaire.  This will uncover characteristics that will help us write your program such as:
-Training age
-Comfort of workload
-Previous training load measurements
-Current metrics (pace/ cadence/ distances)
-Desired number of sessions per week
-Goals
-Motivations.

Skype Call

If required, a Skype call can be set up to discuss anything not covered by the questionnaire and be sure both parties are on the same page.

Receive Program

Within 3 business days your Training Peaks account and first month’s training program will be available.  Your first workout with be a Functional Threshold test and your training will progress from there.  During the first month there will be many iterations to ensure the best training structure for you as an athlete and to ensure the rest of your life doesn’t suffer.

Annual Training Plan

At the start of month 2 you will complete another FTP test and if required a Skype call can be booked and an Annual Training Plan can be created.

Constant Iteration

From here on, feedback through Training Peaks or email will continue for the remainder of your training program duration.
